What Are Painted Panels?

Production Process
Painted panels are produced by applying multiple coating layers onto raw MDF or particleboard using industrial rollers:

Final lacquer finishing
The coatings used (primer, filler, and base paints) are water-based, while UV lacquer coatings are applied to enhance surface durability and gloss.
UV coatings contain photoinitiators, which react under UV energy to ensure rapid curing and hardening of the surface.
